Large-scale production
Control boards for Panasonic plasma TVs
The following were the three main priorities: quality, punctuality and price. The quality required by Panasonic was 300ppm. A joint Czech-Japanese team of SMT engineers and quality controllers created a detailed system of quality control. We started production seven weeks after getting the first contact.
Small-scale production and prototypes
Test series for the LSM Company
The prototype production of a sophisticated medical product for the Danish company LSM. Fifty prototypes were produced and the anticipated forty-eight pieces were operational without a functional or IC test. Wendell assisted with technical completion of the prototype.
Special orders and services
X-ray analysis for the 2N TELEKOMUNIKACE a. s. company
A total of 18 per cent of the boards for the new 2N TELEKOMUNIKACE a. s. product ended up in repair procedures due to soldering defects on three BGAs. We offered the 2N TELEKOMUNIKACE a. s. company assistance with debugging the assembly, choice of the reflow oven profile, stencil and soldering paste by X-ray analises.
